RSO Advisors - Request a Resume Review Session for Your RSO
Engineering Ambassadors work with ECS to provide resume review (ReviewMe) sessions to engineering RSOs. The EAs are trained by ECS on proper resume formatting, how to build impactful bullet points, and key career readiness skills to look for in a well-rounded resume.
In addition to ReviewMe Sessions, EAs are also trained to present on a variety of career development topics.

Classroom Integration of Career Readiness
According to the National Association of Colleges and Employers, "Career readiness is a foundation from which to demonstrate requisite core competencies that broadly prepare the college-educated for success in the workplace and lifelong career management."
NACE goes on to identify 8 career readiness competencies: Career & Self-Development, Critical Thinking, Equity & Inclusion, Leadership, Professionalism, Teamwork, and Technology.
Please contact ECS staff members (ecs@engineering.illinois.edu) for a consultation on integrating career readiness into your classroom.
